(60) She Created A Treasure Box Of Recycled Art Supplies For Her Preschool Classroom!

Sheila shared her idea for creating an unending supply of fun things to help her preschool students be creative:

” I always kept a box of fun stuff in the art area when I taught preschool. The children loved finding new treasures they could use to create beautiful works of art. Of course, everything in that box was recycled! Wrapping paper, tissue paper, ribbon, die-cut letters and background paper from the bulletin boards (the faded designs were really cool!) Any paper that may have been tossed into the trash or recycle barrell usually ended up with a quick trip through the papercutter to make some strips and shapes that would soon be turned into colorful decorations for our classroom walls.”
