(44) They Study The Rainforest, Biomes and Make Paper Cranes For Japan Relief!

Gail wrote to us about the many things her class does to understand habitats, integrate recycling and reach out to others around the planet. It’s exciting to see what her class is doing:

“We use both sides of the paper in our classroom. We recycle crayons.

We study plants, water, and the biomes around the earth. Our biggest unit is the rainforest. Our librarian is making paper cranes to help the relief effort in Japan. For every “crane” made $2.00 will be donated.”
