(13) Their Environmental Club Made Awesome Necklaces by Recycling Bottlecaps!

Tracy from Mast Charter School told us:

“Our school environmental club made plastic bottle cap necklaces for every student in our school.  We collected them for months. Then, we painted the tops blue and green to look like the earth. We glued on wiggly eyes, drilled two holes in them and strung string though them. They looked great!”

Projects like this help kids to have fun while sharing a better understanding of recycling and consuming less/creating less trash!
