Students from this school learned about the value or keeping local watersheds - like this one - clean and beautiful!
project taken on by her school. She writes:
“Hello! 176 of our grade 4 learners painted a fish and posted it on our school fence to remind our community to protect our watersheds and keep storm drains clean!”
Although some of these projects may seem deceptively simple, I often talk to older folks who feel they were inspired to live a green lifestyle or follow careers in related fields based on some great experience they had when they were in their primary schools!
